We harvest these beauties every day. All fresh mushrooms go to grocery stores and restaurants, and we always make some available directly to customers. With some of the most competitive pricing in the industry, we welcome wholesale customers who want to form a long-term relationship with us.
Please note we take 0–3 days, depending on harvest schedule, to get the order ready for pickup. Same-day pickup is not available.

For pickups on weekdays between 3 PM and 5 PM or Saturdays (12–4 PM), please message us in advance to book a time.

How do I store Shiitake?
Store in a paper bag or box in the fridge at 2–4°C. Their shelf life is 5–7 days, sometimes longer. If stored at 10°C, they last around 3 days; at 20°C, about 1–2 days.
My Shiitake has started to dry out—is it safe to eat?
Yes! Drying out is natural; you can still eat them. They may just have a firmer texture.
Can I collect it the same day?
No. We sell our mushrooms in advance and contact you the same day or a day before harvest for pickup. You have 3 days to collect your order for guaranteed freshness.
Do you deliver?
Yes, for wholesale orders above 20kg within Inner West Sydney only.
Do you sell dehydrated or freeze-dried Shiitake?
Yes, we do both! Please purchase from our website.
Can I grow Shiitake at home?
Yes, you can! They prefer a shaded, humid spot away from direct sunlight. Keep the growing block moist by misting regularly.
Do you make Shiitake tincture?
