Stackable for Ultimate Flexibility

The BioTilt’s™ modular design allows for flexible stacking, akin to building blocks, enabling customization to fit your space and needs. Effortlessly interlock and arrange units to optimize workflow. Adapt setups effortlessly for various plants and production scales. Whether you’re a hobbyist or commercial grower, the BioTiltâ„¢ seamlessly integrates into cultivation environments of any size.

Challenges with Traditional Bioreactors

  1. Costly and Complex
Traditional Bioreactors require multiple specialized parts and extensive maintenance.

    BioTiltâ„¢ Advantage:
The BioTiltâ„¢ eliminates the need for complex assemblies of filters, pumps, and tubes, significantly reducing system complexity and maintenance requirements
  2. Bulky Design
Footprint of a traditional bioreactor takes up significant shelf space, limiting lab capacity and practicality for small-scale operations.

    BioTiltâ„¢ Advantage:
The straightforward vessel coupler design and integrated automated agitation reduce the overall footprint, making it more space-efficient and suitable for various lab sizes.
  1. Difficult to Maintain Aseptic Conditions
Complicated structure makes hard to sterilize and maintain, involving labor-intensive assembly and disassembly.

    BioTiltâ„¢ Advantage:
Simplified design ensures easier cleaning and sterilization, maintaining aseptic conditions with less effort.
  2. Vitrification and Hyperhydricity
Issues from the submerged conditions in traditional bioreactors due to hindered gas exchange.

    BioTiltâ„¢ Advantage:
Automated agitation ensures efficient mixing and aeration without additional pumps or filters. Users can control immersion times and frequencies, allowing fine-tuning of propagation to avoid problems of vitrification and hyperhydricity by facilitating better gas exchange.

How The BioTilt Works

The BioTiltâ„¢ automates the Biocoupler’s process by integrating advanced agitation and control mechanisms. The BioTiltâ„¢ system features a rack that securely holds multiple Biocoupler® units, which are then moved in a precise motion circuit by a motivator. This automated agitation ensures
consistent nutrient distribution and gas exchange without the need for manual intervention. Additionally, the BioTiltâ„¢ can be programmed to control various environmental factors, such as light and gas supply, further enhancing the efficiency and scalability of the plant culture process.

The BioCoupler®

The Biocoupler® is a device designed to facilitate the aseptic liquid culture of plants. It consists of two vessels connected by a vessel coupler, allowing for fluid communication between them. This setup enables efficient nutrient exchange and promotes optimal plant growth. Before the BioTilt™ system typically requires manual agitation to ensure even distribution of nutrients and gases within the vessels.

How To Use BioCoupler®

The Biocouplerâ„¢ simplifies plant multiplication! This cap-like system with a built-in filter connects with glass jars having neck finishes between 70-450 for temporary immersion of plantlets in a liquid medium.
